A year ago, I was miserable.

The whole starting college, making new friends, and living in a dingy dorm with a bunch of losers

didn't really excite me. But here I am, and clearly, things turned out okay.

Izzy, my bestie since basically forever, got accepted to the same college.

And even better, we lucked out on an amazing living situation.
